Tom Lubbe, domaine Matassa
Intervju med Tom Lubbe, ägaren och vinmakaren på Domaine Matassa i Calce i Roussillon. Det är en relativt ny vingård i Roussillon i södra Frankrike som Tom Lubbe skapat några år sedan (2002) tillsammans med Sam Harrop från Nya Zeeland. Lubbe har tidigare varit att göra vin både i Sydafrika och i Bordeaux och kom några år tillbaka till Roussillon att arbeta med Domaine Gauby med Gerard Gauby (också i Calces).Vingården drivs med biodynamiska principer (precis som Gauby). Lubbe gör både rött och vitt vin från traditionella Roussillon Druvor: Carignan och Grenache och några Mourvedre.
