Vi talar om 2009 årgång – en utmärkt årgång, en stor framgång för de röda, vita och för mjuka / söt.
Sedan Cesare Compadre berättar om den svåra situationen i vinindustrin i Bordeaux och i andra vinregioner. Försäljningen under 2009 minskade med 10%, 20% eller 30%.
Så vad är vägar att ta för framtiden. Det finns en omfattande reform av benämningar. Det är néssecaire att ge förtroende till konsumenterna om kvaliteten på vin i flaskan.
Då är den fragmenterade och bröt vinsektorn en källa till problem. Idag ser vi en konsolidering i sektorn.
