Vi pratar med Denis Dubourdieu om utvecklingen mot ekologiskt vin, ekologiskt jordbruk i vingårdar. Denis betonar att man inte bara bör tala om organiska (biologiska) vinodling! Och ekologiskt jordbruk måste utvecklas. Till exempel är det fortfarande tillåtet att använda mycket koppar, kopparsulfat, i marken, och det är inte alls ekologiskt. Det är en metall, mineral, som stannar i jorden. Sådana saker måste förändras.
