The top ten export markets for cognac is quite an interesting read (source BNIC):
– USA
– Singapore
– UK
– Germany
– China
– Russia
– Finland
– Hong-Kong
– Norway
– Japan

All markets grew during 2006, except Finland (-2.1%) and Japan (14.9%). Just over 50% of exports are of the VS (youngest) category.
