A warm summer evening Ulf Bengtsson is sitting on the grass in the park enjoying the bubbles (and everything around the bubbles). “I pour some champagne and try to understand what I have in the glass. And why it’s so good. A fresh, lovely, summery scent jumps at me. Some apples, a little liquorice. Old winter apples, modest acidity. Rather a massive, complex champagne with a lot of power and body. Almost on the verge of being a little naughty too. Must remember to buy more bottles of this wine!”
Ulf waxes so lyrically over the glass that you will have to read the whole text (that is to long to be published here) on BKWine Magazine: Summer is champagne season! Any guess on what he was drinking?
