Fabio talks about Poliziano’s style of wine making and about the tremendously successful 2007 vintage when both Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet ripened perfectly in the vineyards. Azienda Agricola Carletti Poliziano is one of the top wine estates in Montepulciano, Tuscany, Italy.
