In this edition of the wine and food tour to South Africa we include Hermanus and Walker Bay. This is two regions on the south coast, east from Cape Town. The climate is a bit cooler here. It is a wine region that is today considered by many experts to be very exciting thanks to the proximity to the sea.
In addition to that we also include the classic regions of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Constantia. We have selected some of the most skilful winemakers, sometimes not so famous as the biggest “brands”, and that can be difficult to get access to.
