Journalism and wine writing
BKWine writes about wine, food and travel. We work on a freelance basis for various wine and food magazines. We also publish the widely read electronic wine newsletter the BKWine Brief. We also publish BKWine Magazine, this site, with both our own writing and that of our contributors.
We have published two books on wine and a third is in preparation:
- The Creation of a Wine, the work in the vineyard and in the wine cellar — Original title: “Ett vin blir till“. This book won the prize “Best Wine Book of the Year 2010” from the Academy of Gastronomy (Måltidsakademien) and the award “Best Wine Book in the World for Professionals” from Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 2010
- Languedoc Wines — Original title: “Languedoc, möten med viner och vinodlare i franska södern”.
